Initiating a Return: Should you wish to return an item, kindly reach out to us at email@example.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please provide us with your order number, including a photo of the item. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process and provide a pre-paid shipping label for your convenience.
Once the returned item is received at our facility, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method promptly. The refund will be processed and will be in your bank account within 5 business days.
Please note that returns are not accepted for customized items, including chairs, mirrors, tables, or any other items that are made to order. Additionally, items that have been installed or assembled are not eligible for return.

Lise Luxury reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that do not meet the criteria of being in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
